I’m Luke.
I help people reduce pain, manage medical conditions, move better and build strength for life.
Over time, my focus has shifted away from generic fitness and towards something more meaningful—helping people understand their body and feel confident in how they move.
Many of the people I work with aren’t looking to push themselves to extremes. They’re dealing with aches, injuries, long-term conditions or simply feel unsure about what they should or shouldn’t be doing.
My approach is built around simplifying that process.
I take the confusion away from medical jargon and turn it into a clear, practical plan that works for you—no generic programmes, no guesswork. Just a structured approach based on how your body moves and what it needs.
I believe improving your health isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing the right things, consistently.
That means building strength safely, improving mobility, and developing long-term confidence in your body—not just short-term results.
While health is influenced by many factors, in my experience it often comes back to one key thing:
Confidence in movement.
When you feel confident in how your body moves, everything else becomes easier.
I’m GP Referral qualified, with Level 4 specialisms in lower back pain, obesity and diabetes, and I continue to develop my knowledge through ongoing study in movement therapy.
I combine movement and rehab coaching with hands-on treatments including sports massage, taping and medical acupuncture, depending on what’s most appropriate for you.
I work with clients on a 1-1 basis, in small groups and through structured courses, all delivered in a private, supportive environment at The Lodge in Helston and Redruth.
